Our retreats are located in the South of France, in beautiful properties, with choices of villas on the Med Sea, in the close-by mountains, in vineyards in Provence and other beautiful locations. We offer wellness breaks, focusing on a healthy and fun retreat which can incorporate activities such as yoga, pilates, mountain hikes, paddle boarding, massages, spa, wine tasting, cultural exhibits, jazz festivals and many other activities. We also arrange many meals, prepared with local, organic and seasonal products, which can be vegetarian or vegan.
